I received a promotional email this morning. The Subject line said: EASYJET HAS A SURPRISE FOR YOU, followed by a cute little graphic of a gift. Ironic, given the ‘surprise’ they dropped on their less well-informed colleagues and investors last week! So here’s the thing: in the aviation industry, if you don’t have the right information at your fingertips at all times, the one thing you can look forward to is surprises!
